LOCAL CONTENT(LC)​

  • In order to protect the EPC Industry, the Indonesian government is actively utilizing the Local Content (LC) requirement. LC means a kind of localization, and cooperation with local companies in Indonesia and it is very important to overcome LC and to win the bidding.

  • In the case of public bidding, a proposal must be submitted within a week or two after the bidding information is released. Therefore, it is virtually impossible to submit a proposal by the bidding deadline without the support from a local company or local partner.

  • Even in the case of public bidding, we must submit a document written in both Indonesian and English.
