Completion Management Service(CMS)​​

• Overseeing the mechanical completion and commissioning process for all EPC work for the work scope, and ensuring ongoing alignment with Client System Completion Processes.

• Managing the CMS database, tracking system completion activity and providing regular progress updates to the Project Management Team.

• Managing punch list activity during the fabrication, execution and commissioning stages of the work scope.

• Overseeing the development of multi-discipline mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and dynamic commissioning work packs to be used in onshore/offshore construction.

• Establishing system/sub-system/tag boundaries and identifying systems completion and handover milestones in line with project planning priorities.

ON/Offshore Commissioning Engineering & Execution Service

• Develop On/Offshore commissioning and completions strategies, execution plans and documentation

• Ensure all applicable project safety procedures are prepared and fully understood and implemented throughout the pre and commission phase

• Identify and develop handover procedures in conjunction with the client.

• Preparation of all commissioning work packs, job cards, drawings, procedures, specifications

• Estimate and establish manpower requirements for the offshore work

• Work closely with the planner to prepare offshore schedule

• Develop, monitor and progress KPI’s to demonstrate the performance against the plans and targets

• Identify all training requirements and develop training plan for the offshore commissioning team

• Identify all vendors required for the commissioning and organise the vendor plan

• Manage and supervise the offshore commissioning team in the execution of the scope and all associated activities according to the plans.
